Ontario Kids Family Events North of Toronto for February 15-18 including Family Day

FAMILY DAY GETAWAYS are still an option for an out of town overnight family getaway. Ontario family friendly resorts are offering some hard-to-turn-down promotions that combine some really neat and fun winter activities and cozy winter-y accommodations.

This long weekend presents an opportunity to experience ice fishing license-free! Ontario-wide is Family Fishing Weekend  - Feb. 15-18. Dress the kids warmly, fill a thermos and pack some snacks - it's all more than you really need to peak your kids interest in fishing.

It was another good week for ski hills and trails. Skiing, snowshoeing and snow-tubing are all fun winter activities that encourage kids be active, breathe fresh air and of course, have fun.
