Drop in to see what's going on or visit our website for the latest programs. Cafe Roxy is open for hot chocolate, coffee and refreshments, light meals and snacks, wine and beer. Open Mic at the Cafe on Saturday at 2pm.

WYE MARSH
Open year round, the Wye Marsh is an excellent place to get out and get close to nature every day. Guided tours/programs by one of our knowledgeable Naturalists – guided walks, canoe/kayak, ecotours (snowshoeing, canoeing/kayaking), Birds of Prey demonstrations.



DISCOVERY HARBOUR
Discovery Harbour is open Tuesday to Saturday May 20 to June 28. Experience a summer long celebration at Discovery Harbour, as we mark 200 years since our founding in 1814. Special events, program highlights, and activities galore at Discovery Harbour will make the summer of 2014 like no other! In addition to a great line-up of special events, visitors can enjoy above and below deck tours of the replica of H.M.S. Weekend Family Fun Guide North of Toronto for December 6-8

Even with a little rain and warmer temps, snow fun and winter recreation carry on in areas north of Toronto.

A couple more ski and board operators will be opening this weekend, which rounds up the following places as options for cross country skiing, snowshoeing, down-hill skiing and snowboarding.

Weekend Family Fun Guide North of Toronto for November 29 - December 1

Without a doubt, the snow seems here to stay. I don't think that will lead to any disappointed children. If you're in the city, head on up! Many snow operators have been making snow for the last couple of weeks and all signs are pointing to the following resorts having some hills and trails ready for the weekend.

If your family has not been to a Santa Claus Parade, there are a couple this week north of Toronto along with several traditional evening tree lighting ceremonies. You can visit our website if you're more in the mood for shopping. Craft shows and holiday bazaars also continue this weekend.
